Ethical Sourcing & Animal Welfare

We partner with approved farms that adhere to strict animal welfare standards. Our livestock are pasture-grazed and fed a natural diet.

STEP 02

Veterinary Inspection & Resting

Every animal undergoes a pre-slaughter veterinary inspection to ensure health. They are rested before processing to minimize stress.

STEP 03

Humane Halal Slaughter

Slaughter is performed by trained, practicing Muslim professionals in a dedicated facility, fully compliant with Islamic Sharia law and certified by relevant authorities.

STEP 04

Modern Processing & Chilling

The carcasses are processed in our temperature-controlled, hygienic facility. They are swiftly chilled to the optimal temperature to preserve freshness and shelf life.

STEP 05

Quality Control & Grading

Each carcass is individually inspected, graded, and passed by our quality control team against stringent criteria for fat cover, conformation, and hygiene.

STEP 06

Packaging & Cold Storage

Approved carcasses are packaged according to customer specifications and immediately moved to our blast freezers and cold rooms, maintaining the perfect chill chain.

STEP 07

Cold Chain Logistics

We manage the entire logistics process, using reefer containers to ensure the temperature is consistently maintained from our door to yours.
